ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — You're likely to spot some new options under the glass on your next trip to Tim Hortons.

The chain has released three new "Dream Donuts" — inspired by some of the most popular donuts available at Tim Hortons innovation café in Toronto — across Canada.

They include the Dulce de Leche Crème, a donut dusted with cinnamon sugar and filled with caramel; the Strawberry Confetti, dipped in pink fondant and finished with a strawberry icing swirl with brightly coloured confetti sprinkles; and the Chocolate Truffle, which is chocolate donut is cut in half, filled with whipped chocolate and topped with a chocolate ganache and dark chocolate shavings. 

Tim Hortons says they new treats will retail for $1.99 plux tax at participating restaurants, but prices may vary by region.

"This is just the first of many exciting initiatives we've tested at the innovation café that Canadians across the country will soon get to enjoy," Mike Hancock, Chief Operating Officer, stated in a release.
